Taylor gets winded because of smoking

Well, this past week started off pretty tough and then it got harder!

My trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness in Huron added another set to all my exercises I was regretting everything I said in my last blog! 

Things get hard and I have to push through them. 

On Wednesday, I was very low on energy and asked Ken if I could switch my workout until the next morning.

I did, but the work out was still tough and I was still low on energy.

I did my workout, despite my body and mind telling me "NO!" 

I think the low energy can be solved by cutting cigarettes out of my life.

I keep trying, but I keep getting beat.

As of noon Sunday, I'm 13 hours into kicking the habit.

I pray this is the time I beat them.

I feel like I can do my workout all day long with no problem if I wouldn't get winded so easily.

If I had a oxygen tank next to me, I would be fine! Haha!

But that is why I sought to be a part of the FIT Challenge. I felt my health was slipping away. Now I have the tools to reclaim my health! I will prevail!
