Marks commits to cardio six days per week

Well, well, well ... it's about to get real folks.
Body still sore from my workout, started a new job and diet about to change dramatically.
But I'm ready. A little stressed but ready.
My personal trainer Shawn Zahel said that losing 75 pounds is possible by the end of the year.
I want to lose more, though.
In fact, I want to lose 90!
It was so discouraging to step on the scale and see that I'm actually bigger than i thought. What the heck? Have I been looking at myself through "Shallow Hal's" eyes?
But it's OK because I'm about to bring it.
Six days of cardio, which means starting NOW, even if I have to work and get up an hour earlier than usual.
Here goes. I won't fail.
