Taylor struggles with working and then working out

This was an eye-opening week for me.

When I was weighed in on July 29, I was lighter than I thought I would be.

I've done a lot on my own to try to lose weight but not much since I started working.

I have a physical job, but I never thought I would lose as much as I did. 

Also, I realized that working for 8-10 hours then coming to the gym may be a little more than my body want. 

My legs were so sore my knees felt like JELLO and I could barley walk up and down stairs without them buckling and giving out.

I know that being sore is part of the process, but I never thought my legs would be this bad.

They are feeling better. I have been walking a lot and that has helped them heal faster than just resting.
