1937 flood set swimming for 'youngsters'

This week on the Sandusky History blog, a look back at June 1937 when the city was flooded by 6 inches of rain.
"Hundreds of people were without electricity and telephone service. The Erie County Engineer reported that practically every road in the area was impassable at some point, because of high water."
