Mary Lee LaBay, author of several books on hypnotherapy, past life regression, self-hypnosis and relationships, is hosting an Exploring Past Lives: Play Shop from 7-9 p.m. Oct. 20 at the Ernsthausen Recreation Center in Norwalk. She’ll bring you the latest information on past life regression. Whether you’re looking for something a little different to do this Halloween or are a true blue believer, this is sure to be fun.
Half of the class time will be spent in an experimental visualization that allows you to safely explore one or more of your own past lives. By exploring past lives and the time between lives, it’s said that you will enhance and deepen your self-knowledge, which is a powerful means for expanding consciousness.
LaBay has a Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology and maintains a private practice in Bellevue, WA. She also leads certification trainings and experimental workshops across the United States, as well as in India, Europe and Great Britain.
